Griffin Miniatures designs, manufactures and distributes miniature
models and games. Our brands include Harbinger magazine and Alien
Encounters and masterpiece range of pewter figurines.
Please be aware that our miniatures are models and not toys. Many
are supplied as kits and will require some model making ability and
the use of a craft knife, adhesives etc to assemble. Our models may
contain small parts and/or lead making them unsuitable for children
under the age of 14 years old.

Terms and Conditions of Trade listed on this page relate only to
sales to private individuals. Retailers or Distributors requiring

Buying Online
Making a purchase could
not be easier. Just browse our Online Shop, type an amount in the
'Quantity' box for any of the products you wish to purchase then
scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Add Selection to Cart". After you have finished making
your selections, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept the following credit/debit cards:
VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS / DINERS CLUB / DELTA / ELECTRON
/ SWITCH / SOLO
Prices in our Online Shop are displayed in UK pounds, and your card
will be charged in UK pounds. If you are buying from outside the
UK we recommend you check with your credit card company regarding
any charges you may incur for currency conversion. The full price
of your order (including shipping and handling) will be displayed
BEFORE it is completed.

Shipping and Handling
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to ship all our orders. Each item
in our online shop has a nominal amount added to cover postage and
packaging, typically this is just 0.50 pence for a single miniature.
Your shipping charges will be shown at the checkout stage of your
shopping.
All of our product prices are shown inclusive of VAT charges @ 17.5%.
If you are ordering from outside the UK you may have to pay import
taxes or customs duties. We are not responsible for these charges.
We suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what
charges (if any) you may incur.
Delivery Times
Subject to stock availability we attempt to process and dispatch
your order within 3-5 working days. Delivery times following dispatch
will vary depending on your location and choice of class of service.

UK Destinations: 1st Class typically 1 working day, 2nd Class typically
1-3 working days
International Destinations: Airmail typically 3-7 working days,
Surface Mail typically 2-8 weeks.

Back Orders
Currently we do not operate a back order system. Charges for items
that are out of stock when your order ships will be refunded within
1 working day of dispatch.
Returns Policy
UK and EU customers
only: We hope you're happy with your purchase. However if you're
not, you have the right to cancel the contract between us. To cancel
you will need to send us a cancellation notice, preferably in the
form of a letter. Please send any such notice, stating clearly your
full name and address, the order number and relevant details of your
purchase, and that you wish to cancel the contract, to the address

Your right to cancel the contract exists from the moment that you
purchase your goods until the expiry of seven working days beginning
with the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will require
the return of any goods that are the subject of a cancellation notice
in good condition and at your cost. We recommend that you use registered
post or recorded delivery when returning goods. On receipt of the
returned goods, and within 30 days of you giving your notice of cancellation,
we will reimburse without charge, any sum that you have paid for
the goods (excluding shipping and handling).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies
are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your
shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses
if the address book is used and to store your details if you select
the 'Remember Me' Option.
